This is the answer I found on the website for this printer. I do not have any knowledge of this printer other than to look for information on the Internet.
How to do the custom page setting with Windows XP
Follow below steps for custom size of page in WinXP. 1. Go to Start - setting - Printers and Faxes 2. Select the printer for which you need to set the page 3. Click on File - Select Server properties - 4. Select "Create New Form" , and name the form. 5. Change the Height and Width of the forms as per available paper size. 6. Press Apply and save the form. 7. Now you can able to see the form name in the driver setting.
THe T6215 can only print a maximum width of 13.6 inches.
If you create a form wider than this Windows will not allow you to select this form within the printer driver as the printer is not physically able to print this wide.
Your paper may be 15 inches wide but it is unlikely you will be printing 15 inches, simply create a form whose width is equal to the maximum print width or 13.6 inches.
You will then be able to select this form in the printer driver.
right click on the printer driver and select the properties ....> printing preferences ....> advance .....> change the page size to fan fold size ...> ok..>ok ...>ok
if you want to set your own paper size then open the printer and faxes ..>file ...>server properties ...> in forms tab ..>select create new form
