You are not the first to complain about this today. This is a general problem at the moment, so don't fret......

The error code as to do with a network/server problem...

Usually, when PSN server is down, it makes this type of error to occur. I believe they are working on the servers.

There is no easy fix to this, you just have to wait for an unknown amount of time till the network server comes back again.

You can reset your network and try again. Or If you have a friend that uses PS, check if that of your friend has this same error.....

TRY TAPPING F8 ON BOOT UP SEE IF U GET OPTION TO REPAIR MY COMPUTER OR DO U HAVE REPAIR DISC MADE IF NOT GO TO YOU TUBE LOOK FOR UR PROBLEM TO FIND RESTORE DISC ON THERE ,

You can take it to repair shop or else download the repair guide which will help you to get rid of many problems....

you prob dont have the right network key entered... either that or u didt put the wep,wpa1,wpa2 or whatever else network setting u have on your router set too...

you would have to notify xbox live customer service to get your points back / problem fixed

i believe that if you update the firmware for the copier, you shoud see that the garbage printing should go away.

This is a common issue, do you have a thumb drive or aka flash usb drive? If you do use your computer to d/l the firmwareupdate
HERE then load the firware update from the thumb drive onto the ps3 via one of the usb ports on it, and hopefully this will fix your issue.
