Use the supplied Sansa Media Converter program to convert and transfer your pictures (and videos). If you don't have the SMC, you can download the Windows version from

I can view some pictures but for others I get unsupported media format. All pictures are Jpeg. why some can be viewed but not all?

The JPEG's that won't display are probably too high a resolution or the file size of the image may be too high. If you are using sandisk Sansa for instance you can use the Sansa Media Converter to change (lower) the resolution of the images, or you can use other software to alter the images.

I dont no how to put pictures on my go gear vibe 4gb mp3 player

You can simply drag-and-drop pictures to your MP3 players, however you won't be able to display on the provided LCD since this is only an mp3 player. If you want to view pictures you need to connect it to the computer.

No pic folder

Uninstall and reinstall the software for the RCA if you have lost the Pictures folder. It should be in the player already. In Windows XP, picture files should be copied to the “Media” folder of the player for viewing while in Windows 2000, picture files should be copied to the
root directory for viewing.
