Does anyone know how to fix what appears to be a stuck belt in the feeder tray of a zebra p430i printer? It will not advance the cards. It will time out and say "out of cards".

The the main board is reading an "overheat" signal from the printhead. Try to replace the prinhead.

Try cleaning kit first. If problem is same you need to calibrate sensor voltage. That can be adjusted by trained zebra technition.

The P430 and the P330 are similar, P430 print both sides from the card, and the P330 just print one site, but the commands to send are the sane. Please try !SA command from the driver.
