The main thermistor TH1 has poor contact or open circuit.The thermal switch TP1 has an open circuit.The fixing heater has an open circuit.The SSR is faulty or the DC controller PCB.After the main power switch is turned ON the temperature detected by the main thermistor does not reach 70 C.The error must be reset in service mode :COPIER - FUNCTION - CLEAR - ERR

Cannon 3200 when machine has warmed up error code 000732-001
This is a reader communications error. It's been a long time since I worked an IR-C3200 copier but all cables must be plugged in. They will only go where they were intended to go. Reseat all those cables and good luck, other wise you have a professional help problem. Make sure all the cable checks are done with power off. Then power up agai n and see what happens.

I'm getting an E000732-0001 error code on a Canon C3200 that my school just gave me. Is there anything I can do to correct the error?
First power down machine. Next check to see if all cables from the scanner section are connected to main print engine. If not connect and power on machine. If code returns connectors could have been damaged in move or sub-controller could have failed.FG3-2855-000 is the part# of sub-controller.

Canon IR C3200--error code E000020-01b0 explain this code please
Hi there
Error code E000020-01B0

That code relates to the yellow drum unit.
The unit was probably damaged taking it in an out.
Needs to be replaced.

Or try.


1. Information UPDATE UPDATE - the Drum units are as follows:

Yellow - 746
magenta - 215
Cyan - 758
Black - 9

replace black drum it is reaching the end of its life also make sure your machine has the latest software version as drums will last longer if it has have seen drums reach 700-800%

E020 is a Drum/developer error code

-01b0 is a yellow drum error

-0260 is a magenta drum error

drums need replaced
