Can't get get items saved on sim card to appear. it just stays on refreshing

Your pictures are not saved to a sim card.

Remove the sim card from the phone and insert it into another phone , make a call and return it back into the first phone.

check the memory free space from menu -- tools -- file manager and look for your memory status, if the music files are there, go to your music player, choose options -- refresh library for those new music files be added on the playlist.

That is because they are in your phone memory, not the sim card memory.

this could happen when there is a missmatch in the operating frequency (refresh rate) between both VGA card and screen, try to reset your screen settings to default, and set the refresh rate on your vga card settings to 60 HZ

maybe they weren't saved to the sim, maybe they were saved to the phones memory, and not to the sim card.

You should be able to. Check in your message menu and message settings for an option that transfers your messages between your phone and sim card. You can also try saving them to a memory card.

I had the same problem. Come to find out, SIM cards are different. Nextel/Sprint got smart and scaled down SIM cards for the less expensive models (ie the i335). Therefore, the SIM cards that come in the scaled down phones do not have a "media center" on the SIM....you need an older SIM (they are yellow on the bottom) or a SIM that was designed to go in the i880. I have a SIM out of a old i265 that works....I tried a SIM out of an i730 and it didn't work either. Hope that helps and good luck. When you get the right SIM, the stupid "refreshing media" will be ancient history. :)

They stay on your phone but you will have to delete some eventually, otherwise your phone memory will be too full to operate.
