Hello InFocus -
Good morning.
The projected image from my projector has a shadow on it. . .and the shadow is being cast by something within the LP70+. It's a slender triangular shadow: It starts at a point about halfway down the right side of the screen and then widens towards the bottom of the projected image.
I'm not sure if this is a new phenom or if it has always been this way. I think it's new. But when I received my unit originally it arrived broken, so I had to get a replacement one. Maybe I just didn't notice in all the chaos of that time.
It's not the biggest deal in the world (it's not a big shadow) but now that I have noticed it. . . it bothers me. There must be some piece that can come loose and partially onscure the bulb or lens of whatever.
Any ideas? Let me know if you need a photo of the screen.

Most probably a water mark symbol...kind of thing(bcos of the comment by one guest, stating occurance of the problem commonly), why don't u write to the support for projetcor?
Also, if not within warranty, please do check for any dirt / paper tag / breakage of glass (are u sure they have replaced the unit, during the complaint for trans error)
bye
was his helpful?
Have a nice day

Having the same problem with 3 of our 5 projectors.
Hi, yeh I've got the same problem on two EPSON EMP-4's? It's a little annoying! Would love a solution.
