make a new account and go to facebook help or use some one else's account and do the same. facebook may close the account down, but at least the account will be close. if not they will ask you for your old details, in future put a facebook lock on your account then only changes can be changed by your phone number, they send you a text and you have to say its you or they ask for a number, you can even lock the account to your devices, up to 10 devices. then if anyone tries to log on it will not let them and inform you that there is strange activity on your login.
You can do this - visit the link - http://www.facebook.com/help/hacked and choose My account is Hacked>Secure it here and choose "My account is compromised". After this you will be able to gain your control back. After you have done this you can follow the steps below to secure your account.
Review your security settings and consider enabling login notifications. They're in the drop-down box under Account on the upper right hand corner of your FB home page.
Don't click on strange links, even if they're from friends, and notify the person if you see something suspicious.
Don't click on friend requests from unknown parties.
If you come across a scam, report it so that it can be taken down.
Don't download any applications you aren't certain about.
For using Facebook from places like hotels and airports, text "otp" to 32665 for a one-time password to your account.
Type in your email address into this link and reset your account with a new password.

If you're attempting to close your facebook account, you will have to login to accomplish this.
You can Deactivate (Close) your Facebook account under Settings (at the top right of the page).
Lastly, if you can't log into facebook at all, after the reset, you may have an issue of an account hack where someone has entered & reassigned your account to another email address.
Good luck...cause from what I understand it's near to impossible to reach Facebook administration or support help.
I am including a link to the Facebook terms page. Unfortunately, Facebook does reserve the right to close any account they wish based on the terms and policies stated. One common mistake that I have seen, and had some close friends make, is use a nickname for their name on Facebook. Because of this, Facebook disabled their accounts and I believe they had to create a new account with their real name.
Sorry for the frustration. All I can say is, keep trying to contact Facebook or create a new account, and reread the terms so this doesn't happen again.
