The "first thing first" dose the word "LAMP" LED light indication it is lite up or blinking on the tv front of the tv bazel frame?Yes,than the tv projection Lamp life are ended or ur tv has not been replaced the tv projection Lamp like the last 1 1/2 or 2 years and tv been used it daily like 4 or 5 hours every day?Both of this suituations must require ur tv projection lamp replacement.

sorry cant solve it ,i called all the loewe service agents and they all said the same thing, put up with it. a new engine/colour wheel cost around $2500,

There is a software patch that increases the cut off temperature you may get this at Loewe Website. Quick fix is reverse one of the fans on the back of the set this gives a through flow of air rather than all fans blowing into the set.
