My nokia 1202 phone got wet last night, when the phone was turned on the headset is activated even if the headset is not connected... how can i deactivate the headset?

You didn't specify what kind of phone, but since most headsets now connect via bluetooth turning off the bluetooth service will disable the headset mode. Some phones have ability to use a headset that plugs into the phone as well. If the connector is dirty or gotten wet (corrosion), this can cause the phone to think a headset is connected.

clean your unit first using lacquer thinner,then blow it slightly by hot air...after doing that clean the pin out because if it water damage it must be corroded...what version of jaf you are using?if your version are not updated ,1202 is a sl3 (simlock 3) unit and not supported by lower version of jaf...much better if you use mx key dongle and ufs box as your interface (do not use jaf as your interface because it would be damage) or cyclone....and here is the procedure..
using easy cable ,connect the phone ,open mx key module ,select ufs interface ,dct4 then bus check...if the info of unit is showed ,put CNT ,MCU,PPM ..before flashing back up your phones rpl first ...then flash the phone...after flashing ,there is a possibility that the phones status is contact service ,dont worry just go to service ,imei and security then direct unlock...but be sure that your mx key is activated by dct4 plus unlocker...
in case the phone is not responding after cleaning ,reheat flash ic then repeat the procedure...i hope it will help you ,thanks for trusting fixya..

you got a chort cut in the microfone contact,
phone indicates that the headset has been plugged in,and cut of the circuit to the phones microfone.

1)open your phone and clean the microfone connectors and the goldplated surface on the mainboard.

2)if your phone has been very wet, the short cut can be in the microfone.( change microfone)

If solution 1) doesnt help,

try solution 2) and change microfone.

This kind off problem is an common microfone issue.

That may be because your phone is not able to detect the removal of headset since the last time you removed it.
It still detects a headset at the port.
What you should do is,
Repeatedly connect and disconnect the headset as fast as possible. At one time, it will detect the removal and your problem will be solved. I did this with my phone when I had a similar problem.

in some of the BT headsets you need to activate a function that makes them available to detection. try to long press the main button on your BT headset and then you should get 1 min for finding it with your phone/

Watch chapter on Pairing phone to headset (Nokia example) It shows you the steps and what the phone screen will look like on your phone as you go through the steps (activating Bluetooth option on the phone, then searching for devices (headset) and finally pairing the headset with your phone.

If factory settings didn't work,this will SURELY help:

1.Turn off your phone..

2.Press and hold three keys, i.e. Green Button(call answer key) + " * " button + " 3 " button and while holding the buttons boot the phone..

3.Hold till the phone shows the Nokia Logo/formatting screen..

The problem will be solved for sure..
