If you need the driver for this printer, go to the Canon European site. Click the link for drivers and manuals. You will have to download this driver, and then install it.

The IP1000 windows 7 driver is already included with your Windows installer. Use your Control Panel-> Printer to add the driver. In the printers window, right-click add printer, click Local printer, choose port, choose USB, choose Canon for manufacturer and then find IP1000. Alternatively you could try plugging the IP1000 if Vista will detect it and simply automatically install the driver. Please go to http://software.canon-europe.com/software/0020755.asp?model= and download the driver. Install this on the computer to which your device is connected. If the same has no internet connection, download this file onto a flash drive or burn it to a CD and then transfer to the connected system.
