Please supply an installation disc for the Lexmark P6350 Copier, scanner & fax machine. I previously purchased this in 2007 and have just moved house with a new computer and cannot find the installation disc to enable me to install to my new computer. Please help! Thank you.

You can download the OCR software from the installation CD for your printer.

If you lost your installation CD, please contact our technical support team to get another copy.

Make sure that the printer is connected to an active phone line and the phone cable is connected to the correct port. If it's plugged in straight to the wall jack, the cable should be connected to the line port.

Try to check for any obstructions inside the printer. Something could be blocking the paper path and the printhead from moving.

Experienced the same problem.
The Dutch importer suggested to try photogallery, but was not sure of it. Howevr it proved to be the solution.
Open <windows photogallery>, then <files>, click on <import from camera and scvanner>, then click on <import>.
If your printer is switched <on> it now will start scanning and send the result in your file <pictures>, normally on your C:disc.
I just tried it and it functions well, at least in black-and-white.
Still have to check the color scanning, but that will probably no problem either.
