Question about Audio Players & Recorders

My Rizone mp3/mp4 player went darker- I can barely see the screen

While wiping down my Rizone mp3 player (I wasn't putting much pressure on the screen), the screen got much darker; now I can barely read anything on the screen. The player is barely 2 months old and is supposed to be a 32 GB player, but I have read that it only has 16 GB. How can I fix this? I'm just wondering if it's a mechanical or technical problem.

Mine just sits there with the hello on the screen now. I tried to copy
about 3.5gb of files to it to test it.

It is not recognised by windows when connected via cable.

Anyway to reset these and correct the size as there was with older
    models?

(The seller is no longer a registered user and Ebay has, as usual,
removed the listing evidence. I will still get money back from paypal
despite paypals every attempts to circumvent this.

Rizone 32gb. Only charging to 3 bars instead of 4 and this takes hours and hours. Can't find shuffle setting and can't drag and drop music. On screen it shows as gone in but when i check player music has...

To charge your player, with the player on OFF, connect it to a computer or other charging device. Then, after everyting is connected, then turn your player to ON. (For some reason, my player doesn't charge if it is already ON while being connected to the computer or other device.) It will charge.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is the solution that I use for the music. Connect you player to the computer. Turn it ON after being connected. Go to FILE NAVIGATIONN. Copy your music there. (not in any forler, but as a separate entry in FILE NAVIGATION) Next, disconnect your player from the computer. (Use the SAFELY REMOVE HARDWARE feature for this.)

On the player, there is a PLAY button (NOT THE ONE MARKED "M", BUT THE ONE WITH THE RIGHT FACING ARROW WITH THE TWO BARS) next to the volumn button. After going into the FILE NAVIGATION menue, scroll down to the song(s) and/or music you want to move. Click the song using PLAY. You will see three options: MOVE, COPY, and DELETE. Scroll down to the MOVE option. In the main menue of FILE NAVIGATION, scroll down to MUSIC. Now click the "M" button (the one next to the button with two arrows and one bar). A screen will come up that says that the file is being moved. The song will now be in the MUSIC folder.

You could use the COPY or DELETE features for their respected funtions if you want to when these functions appear.

This is as complete as I can make it.

Hi I cannot find a manual for this spefific player: Rizone 32gb mp3/mp4 player fm radio

actually you got a bigger problem,
RIZONE / Itchee mp4 player from ebay, plays AVI's, voice recorder, mp3 etc, is actually a hacked 4gb mp4 player, just try putting 5gbs of mp3's on it and then look into the music folder to see weird looking names. I know I bought one too, there are currently 147 ebay sellers.
There is a program to confirm what i am saying its called h2testw_1.4 which will tell you the proper size, it a german program but you can select english after you run it, site is in german so i uploaded it to my homepage for other people to download: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/andy.chambers/h2testw_1.4.zip if you dont trust my link, google the name
Simple quick manual.
across one side of the player, opposite the on/off slide button, you will have 6 buttons. with the screen facing and rizone on the right, you going from left to right a arrow returning to itself <return, |<< previous, >>| next , M <menu, and >|| pause and play.
with the device turned on you should see a music folder by default, use the >>| or |<< keys to move to the next or previous menu item
press the M when you have selected the one you want
to go back to the main menu use the return key.
IN the settings menu, or the username, user the >|| key to move the select letter to the approiate line and the >>| |<< keys to move left or right, press the OK at the bottom, followed by the M to store the new username.

IF your lucky to get a mp4 player that lasts more than a week, and dont get the same HELLO screen problem that 5 of us have in the forum about this mp4 player http://mympx.org/forum/ <this one. You can fix the memory to the right size and remove the hacked flash, information is on the forum, you could try and get your money back from the seller. But you wont get your 100% amount back.

Sansa 260 4GB

Will Windows read it as a flash drive?
If so, find a file recovery program like undelete or something, use it to restore your files, then turn on the sansa, then select format( if it is a view) and it will delete all your songs
