Just to be sure you have the correct timer reset procedure: power the projector up, press and hold down the 2 brightness buttons for at least 10 seconds. if that doesn't work, you'll need to upgrade the firmware. go to the infocus website.

WD-62525, continous amber lamp light. No picture. Lamp is good.

Hello:

Make sure u replace the lamp cover as the safety switch need to be closed to make the set work. If new lamp did not repair your problem , then it may well be the Ballast Board, Sometimes call the Lamp Driver.

Purchased a new lamp, tv worked fine. about 10 days later it stopped working and the lamp light is flashing again.

Did you reset the lamp timer? If you dont reset the timer the TV thinks the old lamp is still in use.

Can I reset my lamp timer without replacing the lamp?

That should be fine to do. Even if the projector did alter the current based on lamp life, the worst that could happen in the lamp would burn out completely. A good projector should have a safety circuit with a fuse to prevent damage to any internal components. You should be fine.

Panasonic PT-AE900U Projector Lamp stops working (intermittent)

since it has worked 1200 hours or even more since u have been resetting the counter! just change the lamp, resetting the counter does not make the lamp work or not work , it is only a reminder for the user to change the bulb when it should be & that u have some balance hours left to procure a new lamp!
if the brightness is adequate, then it is a ballast problem & not lamp problem!
buy a new lamp as u will anyway need to , fit it & it may solve ur problems permanently!
