If you haven't already tried their web site, go to http://www.columbia.com/Watches/accessories-watches,default,sc.html .

Although all their watches are "CW" or "CA" models, they may have similar operating modes. Click on the one that looks most like yours and in the details you will see "manual".Click on this to download the manual.

Under "Timing" you will see a link "PDF.............", click on this
and a list of diagrams will appear. Choose the one that looks like yours
and follow the adjacent instructions.

Press and hold "set" until the "Chime" screen comes up.
Let off "set" and then press "mode" - This will take you to the clock. adjust the numbers by using "st/sp" and "reset". Use the mode button to cycle through the hour, min, sec and date.

You can get instructions from the Columbia web site. Go to "columbia.com". Go to the search box in the top right and enter "watches".

The next page shows a picture of a watch and just below it there is an instruction which says "PDF.............................", click on this and you will see a list of instructions, choose the one that is similar to yours and download them.

Try resetting your watch first. To do that press all four buttons at the same time.

Then to set the time, hold down the set button until the display flashes. You can then use the mode button to cycle through the display features and set them. Use the strt/stp and reset to adjust fields.

Press mode til you get to time then press and hold set. Once the hour starts blinking press the ST/SP button to set the time, then press set again for the minutes and do the same thing again. This should let you set your watch.
