It switches on for just a second and then the screen stays blank

Yetimonsta, Are you sure that the monitor is BLANK?? Or is it just BLACK? Or is it both BLANK and BLACK? Connect a known good monitor to your pc to prove that your pc is working correctly. What does your L90D+ do when connected to good pc. Have you done the flashlight test to evaluate the state of the "switch-mode-power-supply" when lcd panel goes black /blank?? I plugged a different pc into the monitor to eliminate the possibility of it being the pc. same thing happened. so solution, brought new monitor from ebuyer. anyone want an old monitor that displays for a second then goes blank which is also black through lack of colour.
