I need an igniter button.and an instruction manual. The pipe to the rotisserie burner has become loose at the control knob end

You failed to mention the exact model number of your Fiesta Grill so it's difficult to tell you where to find the part and the Owner's Manual. However, the link below will help you. They are a parts company, that I have dealt with numerous times and they carry Fiesta Grill Parts. In your search, keep in mind, the "Blue Ember" is not a model number. You will need a number.

I hope this helps you and Happy Grilling. Thanks for choosing FixYa.

My Blue Ember rotisserie only flames up and does not glow red. I have cleaned the ceramic tiles. what else can I do? Everett From Seekonk MA

Everett, it's not the ceramic plaques that are causing the problem, it's the burner that heats the plaques that's failed. Replacing the entire burner assembly is your only option.
It's interesting that you are still using that model Fiesta Gas Grill. It was recalled about 3 years ago.
http://bbq.about.com/b/2009/07/21/recall-alert-fiesta-blue-ember-gas-grill-2.htm but not for the problem you're having. If your model number is not mentioned in the link above. Don't worry about it.

You may be able to find a replacement burner from Fiesta or try Appliance Factory Parts
http://www.appliancefactoryparts.com/ Be sure to have the correct Model Number of your grill when looking for parts.

Hope this helped you. Please let me know and Happy Grilling!!

I have an old Tec Searmaster II 1 burner. The burner (screen) got a long crack line and the burner shield got some holes. When I open the grill, I heard a pop noise and some fires are up. Should I change...

Some parts are still available for your discontinued model Tec Grill. The burner less the screen varies in price from $329.00 to $399.00. The Heat Plates start at $153.99. For more information go to

I need replacement parts for the oval double holed piece that heats the food for my fiesta classic grill. What a terrible description right? where can I get them, in Massachusetts preferrably?

The part you're looking for is the 'burner". You'll find what you need at the link below. But, you must have the Model Number of your Fiesta Grill to get the correct oval burner. There are several.

We're trying to clean the venturi tubes on our Blue Ember FGF50069 gas grill but we don't understand how to disengage the tubes from the burner. Can you help us? Are there any images of the...

The Venturi tubes are part of the burner, where it goes over the burner orifice. You can remove the burner(s) by disengaging them from the burner holder. Which should be at the inner rear of the grill's burner compartment. Then the burner will slide off the burner orifice.

FYI - A couple of years ago, there was a massive recall on the Fiesta Blue Ember Model grill. Don't know if your is old enough to fit that category. So I have included a link to the Consumer reports Website, that liist the Serial Number of those involved.

Hope this helped solve your problem.

My charbroil bbq had a metal part above the burner that has now broken and i need a new 1 do you know where i can get 1 and what the part is called

Hello, Yes, It's called a burner shield. You can go to this link and order what you need. http://www.grillparts.com/charbroil/masterflameparts.htm

You'll need to select which model series # it is and if it was made from before or after 1999, in order to bring up the correct parts list for your model. Then you can find the shield in the parts list and order it online from this parts supplier. Have a great day!

Engine making noise. Might be from timming chain. Please help?

Sounds like the fan is hitting the cowl. Check the fan for a broken blade or the cowl for any stray pieces that could be hitting the fan. A loose heat shield on the catalytic converter is also a possibility. Heat shields are basically spot welded and most muffler shops won't touch them. Hope this helps to answer your question.
