First of all backup ur every important thing.Switch off ur phone hold *,3 and green call button at the same time and switch on ur phone.problem resolved.

First of all reset ur phone from phone settings
if its not working
flash ur phone with ufs software
but can i know what ur mobile problem

Please follow the procedure i am showing below...
(for this, u need the phone lock code)

Go to File Manager -> More -> Format M.S. -> Select 'Yes' -> Enter ur phone lock code -> OK
