Also kindaly tell if you are trying capture the video from the screen because in that case it might not work try making a video off-creen for video from the screen you can use a screen capturing software instead of teh web cam.

use unidentified device drivers (download) it searches for all drivers needed on motherboard locate video driver info note name and number do a search for them download install. the above program has helped me alot to find unknown drivers
