At this stage, i cant even get it to bake, theres a timer and two turn dials, one saying "begin" and other saying "stop", with time dials behind them. In what fasion must these swithces be set to work? I got it to work once, and after that nothing. please help?

Is it plugged in? You will need to move the oven away from the wall if moveable. Double check the circuit breaker it will be a double, 220 VAC breaker. Beyond that, I highly recommend an electrician check your wiring. 220 can Kill!
There is none. Look in the circuit breaker box on the outside of the house for the one marked oven. It will be 2 breakers side by side with a metal part connecting both levers together. Move both handles back and forth a couple of times. That may restore power to the heating element. If one breaker trips it leaves 120 volts to work the light and the clock, but the element is 240 volts. It may have shorted with age. You may need to replace the elements if the breakers keep tripping after you reset it at the panel.
it is locked the leaver has become detached from the door latch and even though the leaver moves the lock part doesn't have you tried it lately push in on the door and try to move the leaver if that doesn't work get a wire coat hanger make a Small hook and from the left hand side see if you can snag the hook and pull it over ive done that before theopen end of the hook should point up start just abve the door gasket about halfway over well i cant reamber which way the latch moves but im sure you can figure it out push slighty in on the door after you hook the latch but try to open it fist some have asensor that wont let the oven door open till its cool enough to be safe let me know
