SIEMENS WXLM112GB FRONT LOAD WASHING MACHINE

HI

MY WASHING MACHINE IS FILLING WITH WATER AND EMPTYING BUT IT IS NOT SPINNING.

I CAN HEAR IT CLICK AND EXPECT IT TO SPIN BUT IT DOESN'T THE MOTOR DOESN'T EVEN MAKE A NOISE.

WHAT COULD BE WRONG WITH IT?

Check your motor carbon brushes. they must have worn out.

Perhaps the exit hose behind your machine is not at the correct height, about 3 feet from ground. Your pump pumps the waste over this height, into your standpipe or sink; check this out.

When i press start button machine takes in water,and drum turns.Status l.e.d.goes to active,Suddenly machine stops,and statusl.e.d.indicates on.what is the problem.
