I need to download driver for router with model no F5d7230-4 ver 7001uk

The CD which you get the router is a SetUp disk not an installation disk.

So all u have to do is make the connections Properly and U can set up manually by logging in to the router interface(192.168.2.1)

to know bout the details check www.belkin.com/support for any kind of info about ur router

Router's do not have drivers. If you are talking about firmware you can get it from here

You just have to configure it. Here's the manual that may help you out with the configuration process
