There are two ways to do this, you either transfer the picture from you old phone to your new phone through bluetooth, or just take out the memory card from you old phone and insert it in the new phone.
In some cases, the picture might be to large to display in your motorola, so i will advice you send the picture to you computer and compress it to a reasonable size (maximum 500kb) and put it back in the memory card and it will definitely show.

Razr v3r

Hi folks - I took apart and totally destroyed my Verizon branded RAZR V3m. There is NO SIM card. Instead, there is a memory chip hard wired to the circuit board. From what I saw, this memory chip is preprogrammed with the phone number and carrier features. The card picture referred to above is for the micro SD card. This card is just for additional memory - for pics, video, and music, dependent on the carrier. I also went to the Motorola web site. They're unlocked RAZR V3's have a SIM slot underneath the battery. Bottom Line? If your RAZR V3 doesn't have a SIM card slot under the battery, forget it. You can not change carriers.

Doesn't read my SanDisk memory card

Here's what you do;
go back to the store, smack the clerk upside the head for giving you bad advice, and trade the 4gb for a 2gb.. (or the razr for another phone). The V3m doesn't support SDHC cards; only SD ones. SD are 2gb and below, while the HC (high capacity) are 4gb and up.
Sucks, doesn't it..

How to download my pictures off my motorola V3 phone to my Vista Computer

If all you did was have your provider activate a new phone then the pictures on your old phone should still be there. If, on the other hand, you had the provider activate the old phone to a different number they may be gone.

I'm a bit confused from your post. Are you saying your old phone was a Razr and the new phone is a Razr too?

Does the old phone allow you to use a memory card? The easiest thing to do, assuming you cannot locate the software, would be to buy an inexpensive memory card that fits into your old phone then transfer the images to the memory card. There are adapters you can purchase for a few $$ that will allow you to plug this little memory card into a USB port on your PC.
