Machine did say ventilate. Tried to clear it but now its reading rinsing cyle , has been for two days? only about 3 inches of water in holder. never mind what i do it does nothing. no rinsing or anything...
Go in the menu remove rince cycle after it say ventilate put water in container start machine open valve it should ventilate if it doesnt remove water container take turkey blaster put water in it put the blaster in the hole were the water container goes force pressure with the blaster at the same time open valve you vented by now put cointainer back fill with water enjoy thanks for using fixya pierre

Ok 2 things to this... The machine is constantly stuck on rinsing cycle. its been on for three days constantly and will not move. so I cannot "go in the menu to remove rinse cycle".. then what is turkery blaster?
sorry to be a bit thick, but i've only had my machine for a few months and other than the ventialte, its never been a broblem.
any other suggestions
