Playback failed hello sir,a problem occured in my mobile Z530i when i play my videos it play few minutes then display a massage that "playback failed" so please tell it's solution .

this is not a big issue....what happened is,you have deleted few music files from your file manager and it is not being deleted from the playlist,actually the file is not in your mobile or memory card,but the file name is there in the playlist,so when you play music,the files which are present in the mobile is being played and the files which are not there when being played gives you the playblack failed code....

just go to the walkman menu,go to playlist and delete the files which are not in your mobile.....thank you for using fixya.

There could be a problem with your memory card. Back up everything and reformat the card.

in walkman press back key and then scroll dwn to Tracks...
if ur file is listed here then play it frm here... if it isnt in Tracks list, u'll need to upload the file frm pc 2 mobile again...

please check ur video format is it eigther avi, mp4, 3gp etc.

ur phone is compatible only with 3gp video format so please download first 3gp formatted video clips. and u can send video clips only under 100kb size.

mechanical alignment! try to record for a minute and playback the result on another player/recorder, not on your camera, if the playback is not okay then your camera needs alignment, you need pro fix. You said that you've done manual cleaning already, maybe you dis aligned the mechanical parts accidentally, applying too much force on the mechanical parts of your small unit tends to bend, dislocate or move these parts out of alignment. defective videohead will never playback good video, and you said that it seems to correct only a few minutes of playback.
