Display is blank ... while pressing the ON key tic tic soud is coming with green blinking light ,i opened it and found that its half part of the tube connector (gh027 01500528)is fully burnd out ....... is it possible to replace the board .. if so how much it will be??? do i need to cahange anything else?/??? thank u

(It may take a few minutes to find your code using this method.)

green light should come on after approximately 3 seconds.
Release the component key.
If you are programming the DVD or CD device press the
"action" key. The red indicator light will come on.
Press "0" - "9" The green light will blink as codes are
sent.
As soon as the remote turns your component off, press the
"action" key. (You have 1 second in which to press the "action" key to
save the code.) The component key lights will blink with an upward
motion when a code has been successfully entered. The component is now
programmed. To find that code, proceed to Code Readback.
If none of the codes turn your component off, return to
step 2 and start over.
Code Readback:
Hold the component key down until the green indicator light comes
on. The green light should come on after approximately 3 seconds.
Release the component key.
If you are programming the DVD or CD device press the
"action" key. The red indicator light will come on.
Press the "enter" key.
Count the number of times the green light blinks. There
will be four numbers, separated by a two second pause. The red light
will tum off after the remote is finished reading numbers back. Make
sure you write the code number below for future use!
Multi-Component Power On/Off:
The Jensen remote has the ability to turn On/Off multiple components at
once. When you perform the following steps, you can turn On/Off the TV,
VCR, Satellite, Cable Box and Audio Receiver.
Press the "action" key.
Press the "power" key.
Note: This feature does not work for DVD and CD.
Volume Priority Punch-Through:
When you press the volume keys on the remote they will control the
volume on your TV. If you have a home theater system and want the volume
keys to control your receiver only, you may set your volume priority to
the receiver.
Hold the "RCVR" key down until the green indicator light comes on.
The green light should come on after about 3 seconds.
Press "RCVR" key.
Press "Vol+" key. To disable the volume priority you have
to set and return to the default.
To change back to TV priority:
Hold the "RCVR" key down until the green indicator light comes
on. The green light should come on after about 3 seconds.
Press "RCVR" key.
Press "Vol-" key. The volume priority will now default to the
TV volume.
Performing a Fault Reset 14 will reset your WorkCentre and will help to clear error codes.

tough call. from your decription it could be the tubes the pulsating. but if i had it in the shop i wwould first look at the convergence curcuit. the fact that the on screen display come up in colors inidcates convergence problems. you might have multiple component falure there. as for cost it could be diddicult to say. average repairs like this barring piture tube problem at my shop run 200 labor and about 150 parts. this is just for convergence cuircit rpair
