1. Remove the battery and restart your mobile!

2. Start the media player and goto the "Options / Settings".

3. Select the 'Equalizer' option.

4. Change it from 'Normal' to any other type, like Opera, Jazz, Dance, etc.

5. Now, check the difference in volume of media player!

Music wont turn up -- too soft to hear properly

It could be that the maximum volume limit has been switched on too low.
Go to settings then playback and then volume limit, the volume control shows the maximum volume it has been set to. Use the click wheel to select your maximum volume and then press the centre button to set the limit. Then choose done. Hope this helps.

The volume on one of my Gigaset 8825 mobile handsets is very low. I have adjusted the handset volume to the max setting but still can barely hear the ringer. Is there another way to adjust the handset...

Hi, you can try to change the profile settings of the phone, because sometimes even if the volume is full but if the profile settings is on low, the sound will still be low.
Thank you for using Fixya.

Remove lock from volume setting

Limit the volume Listening to loud sounds for longer than a moment can be harmful to the listener. You can set the volume level of the player to suit your preferences: 1 From the main menu, select Settings > Sound settings > Volume limit > Settings. 2 Press Vol- or Vol+ to adjust the level. 3 Press to set. > When you set a volume limit, you can no longer exceed the set volume, even if you press the Vol+ button. To enable maximum volume again, set the volume limit back to maximum or turn off, select Settings > Sound settings > Volume limit > Off.
Thanks for rating Good luck

Hear sound but cant get any real volume even at full blast

I was playing around with my Sherwood RD 6513 and adjust the the output level to its maximum, amongst other settings. This limited my output on the amp to a maximum volume of 65 not 90+.. Anyway i pluged in the microphone and done another 'auto setup' of the volume levels and distances, and this allowed the volume to exceed 65 again!

Also if you have an external source such as a DVD player - i would assume you have already checked its output volume setting?

Very poor sound

Try different headphone set. i am trusting that you double-checked those sound settings. If problem persists, then it is an internal probelm - will require replacement. Sry.

Loudness Equalization : on

Equalizer: Choose one (Jazz seems to be loudest setting but sounds of hallway effect so I use powerful for clarity.)

This has more than doubled the level of volume on my acer 5570.
