Kenmore Elite Calypso Washer

Over fill code (FL) flashing and washer beeping but not doing anything. I had two small bathroom rugs in it on normal cycle. It stopped mid cycle. I have completed steps according to manual and it is still flashing the code. I have even unplugged it. I am not sure of the model number the manual has Models 110.2206*, 2408*, 2506*, and 2508*.

i have an elite calypso top loader, model #110.2208210 . Machine stopped mid cycle "fl"code flashing, w/beep......i unlpugged unit for several minutes as per manual. Code will not clear . Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem... FL and beeping I unplug the washer and plug back in and when I press any wash cycles it comes right back on. I had a small load of towels and a blanket in there... it's got about 6" of water at the bottom of my washer and soggy wet laundry. We've had this problem before and Sears came to fix it... now again about 1 or 1.5 years later we've got the same problem. This washer is a royal pain in the @$$... it stains clothes with brown grease type markings... (could be mistaken for something else if you think about it)... I HATE THIS WASHER!!! How am I supposed to get the water out now?

I have the same problem with my washing machine .
The FL is beeping about halfway into my load and I looked at the book and did what it said to do (trouble-shooting) I still have the FL beeping ????
What can I do to fix the problem? It is a Kenmore Elite HD plus, calypso washing motion (mod.#110 22062 100, ser.#CL 2610512, Type 170)

Take the pannel off the bottom and unscrew the pump cleanout

i'm sorry i was thinking of the duet. calypso has had problems with the pump. you probably have something stuck in it. unlike the duet this does not have a pump cleanout. you will have to lay the washer on it's side (lots of towels needed) undo the hoses to the pump and look inside.

Fl code on kenmore calypso cannot clear

this is the fl code on a whirlpool calypso which is probably the same since kenmore is just a name,, whirlpool built the machine if u didnt know kenmore doesnt build anything they just put their name on things... (FL is a flood conditon.) FL flashes if any overfill condition occurs. This condition occurs when excessive water in the tub causes the overfill switch to trip. The control must realize that the trip was due to an overfill condition instead of a suds lack condition in order for FL to be displayed

With an overfill condition, the beeper repeats a warning every 10 seconds with no time-out. The pump is cycled in drain mode for 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off until the overfill switch resets or power is discontinued to the unit.

Press STOP/CANCEL to clear the display.

FL code washer not draining

“FL” (Over Fill) flashes
The washer will beep every 10 seconds with no time-out. The
pump will cycle one half minute on, one half minute off, until
the overfill switch is reset or power is discontinued to the unit.
Press STOP/CANCEL to clear the display. Shut off the water
faucets to the inlet hoses if water continues to flow.

Washer keeps beeping Fl

Your pump is clogged , It is a very bad Idea to put rugs in that machine either to fibers or the backing on the rug gets stuck. I hope you know someone handy. take out as much water as you can from the top with a cup or something. You are going to have to go under the bottom of the machine remove the 3 screws on the bottom plate. the pump is on the right you have to disconnect the black and the yellow hose very slowly there is a lot of water that you can't see from the top . then take down the pump and clean it out . Good luck remember no rugs.
