When trying to send sms the red cross comes up saying facility rejected

Hi what this mean is that the settings on your phone are wrong ie sms settings mms settings and internet settings, now one or more of these may have the wrong settings so all you need to do is contact your service provider and ask them for the correct message center number once you have this they will then send the correct settings to your phone via text message this will then update your phone to the correct setting.

You can only get these settings from your service provider they dont charge for this service but its the only way you can get your phone set up to the corrrect settings
