Have had package for17 months. fine until last weekend. speed then suddenly dropped from 1.1 to 608. Now cannot get orange home page or several bank sites, national lottery, doctor's surgery. can get lloyds tsb, the environment agency, orange search. I am disgusted with orange's technical support and the cost of it. I am seriously thinking of changing ISPs. Any suggestions on how to solve the problem. I can get the whole internet on my laptop from another ISP.
