My modem seems to disconnect and reconnect the last few days at random, cant play xbox live cause it will freeze my game, boot me out, and put me back in the same game, any sugg.? I unplug the modem and put it all back together, then it looks like everything is good to go, so i hop back on xbox live, then a few minutes later it does exact same thing

Makes sure your coaxial cable in the back of the modem and at the wall is tightened down securely, and reset the modem. If this doesn't work, start by replacing the cable as it may have a break in the line causing the modem to disconnect.
