Offhand, the phone looks like has a corrupted memory or a systems glitch. initially, this would require a reset. Of course doing so would revert the unit back to factory default condition and all personal settings/configurations would be erased. Additionally, it would probably be helpful to check if the unit has a built-in memory battery that may be nearing end of its life.

I presume you are saying that you can hear other people's conversations when you pick up your phone. Nothing you can do about that - and, worse, other people can hear your conversations as well.
Buy a cordless telephone that uses encryption, e.g. a DECT phone.
I have the same problem with the key pad beep during telephone
conversations and I hace a Uniden 5.8ghz phone.
So its not just panasonic 5.8 ghz phones that do the beeping.
