Try to Reinstall the cartridge , if the blinking continue , try to remove ink then unplug the power cord and reconnecting power cord with ink then see blinking for ink , then install the cartridges , if hope this help
With the ink cartridge holder in the ink cartridge replacement position, lift the lids on the cartridges but do not take them out.
If the cartridge holder is not in the ink cartridge replacement position, press and hold the Maintenance/ ink cartridge replacement/ cleaning button (depending on your printer model) until the holder moves out.
Check the yellow tag/flap has been removed from the top of the cartridges.
Push down firmly on each cartridge to make sure it is clicked into place.
Close the lids down gently but firmly so they click into place. Be careful not to touch the cartridge sensor.
Press the Maintenance/ ink cartridge replacement/ cleaning button on the panel to move the carriage back to the right hand side and start the ink charging process.
This process takes about one and a half minutes to complete.
When ink charging is finished, the print head returns to its home position on the far right, under the plastic casing. The power light stops flashing and remains on, and the error light goes out.
If the error light flashes after the print head returns to the home position, the ink cartridge may not be installed properly.
If the red light is no longer displayed, but Status Monitor still reports a Non-Genuine Ink warning
when the cartridges are genuine, perform a full uninstall and reinstall
of the printer driver, using the latest driver from the Drivers & Software section of the Epson Support website.

hello, are you sure its not the error light that is blinking alternately with the power light, or is ink light indicator blinking , and just the power light blinking. i would first problably pull the power cord. then plug back in, and try again. the alternating error light and power light would be inkjet service, maint or waste pads are full, as far as the other error, i looked it up, and that error not coming up, unless there is something else going on. maybe cover for ink cartridge is caught, and not allowing printer to cycle.
Hi,
If the ink level is low in a print cartridge, the Print Cartridge Status light stops flashing when the printer’s top cover is opened. When you open the panel the ink cartridges slide to the center , as far as checking the ink level find and right click on the printer icon, click properties, and find ink cartridges and ink levels.
Thanks
Shereena.
Hi:
If you open the door on the top of the printer, while it is powered on, the ink cartridges will move to a spot that shows you the status of your ink.. There are little cartoon pictures of the cartridges with smiles or frowns to tell you if you have an empty color or black cartridge.
Lift up the scanner bed (top part) of the
printer to expose the cartridges.
Push
the red triangle button once. Wait for the cartridge carrier to move to the
middle. On the housing of the printer (the non-moving part), there is an arrow
that will point to the empty cartridge.
Push the red triangle button again to see if the next cartridge
is empty. Repeat this step, noting which cartridges are empty, until the
cartridge carrier moves to the right. Now you can replace each cartridge that is
empty.
After replacing the empty
cartridges, push the red triangle button again, and the carrier will begin
moving back and forth (cleaning itself). Once it stops, it should be positioned
on the far right side.
Lower the scanner
bed to "close" the printer. The ink light should go off and you should be able
to print.
Try lifting up the cover. If the ink level is low in a print cartridge, the Print Cartridge Status light stops flashing. If the problem is not related to low ink, the light continues to flash after the cover is opened. It might be that the new cartridge is defective. Check the connections and see if there isn't anything keeping it from making contact.
