No hdmi funktion to my new LED TV.

"no signal" at my Samsung 6050 LED TV when using HDMI contact. HDMI light at my pioneer DVD is lit and the TV recognise the pioneer DVD but I get the message that "no signal". No picture and no sound. I changed cable and connection at the TV and.... All other exits are working (S-video, scart, cable etc). I tried also an other LEC TV i had at home, with the same result.

Try to use the "Anynet+" function on the TV to detect the DVD and control it using the TV remote.

Most likely the output from the Pioneer is not compatible with the TV.
Try resetting the output by holding Stop (on the pioneers front) and press the Open/close button. This will reset the output signal. Also, if the harddrive in the Pioneer is defect, the HDMI signal will not output.

My Pioneer XV-DV282AP home theatre has no Audio output. Every time I put the volume up/down, it keeps on saying HDMI/TV Audio. It only works with an HDMI cable using the speaker from the Television.

The system is set up to output sound through HDMI to the TV. You can change the setting so the sound is sent to the speakers. The process for changing the HDMI output setting is in page 41 of the manual. You want to choose the AMPsetting. I have included a link to the manual and copied the text below.

1. Press SHIFT+SETUP.

2. Use ?/? to select HDMI SET then press
ENTER.

3. Use ?/? to choose HDMI MODE then
press ENTER.

4. Use ?/? to choose the setting you want
then press ENTER.
• AMP - Output Audio sound of the DVD/CD
and USB function signal from this system
• TV - Output Audio sound of the DVD/CD
and USB function signal from a TV or flat
screen TV.

I have to a samsung LED SERIES 5, how do I connect a pioneer home theatre XV-DV333? Considering am using a set box!

You need a HDMI out on the Pioneer and a HDMI in on the TV. Then use a HDMI cable to connect the two. The input on the TV needs to be the same as the HDMI in port.

No signal in all 4 hdmi ports on th new samsung 6050. Tried running from Sony receiver and then direct format uverse cable box. Still no signal. It is as if there is a compatibility problem. Help!

I would try connecting a dvd player to one of the HDMI input on the tv to be sure the tv is the problem.Try new HDMI cable 1.3 version. ATT uverse boxes are alway a source of problems and I would assume it was bad before I would condem the tv. If the tv is bad and it is under warranty an authorized servicer will replsce the main board.

Does the pioneer sx315 receiver work with the samsung led?

From memory, this amp does not have HDMI.
If this is the case, use an optical fibre cable for your connections.(Audio)
And if you want every thing to run through your amp you will also need to use component video cables (red/green/blue)
I would suggest the following.
Blue Ray to TV with HDMI.
HD Reciever to TV with HDMI.
TV AUDIO OUT to AMP with Optical Fibre.
This way, whatever is displayed on the tv, the sound will come throught the amp.
Hope this helps.

The hdmi-sbs has move to the 4 place from the

It does not matter of the position of those subtitle. Keep rolling it upward/downward you will see the HDMI again. Because TV does not recognise signal from HDMI inputs. Check the cable and try with other HDMIs, if TV does not response in all HDMIs you need to call service and replace the mainboard.
Double check you cable box output because TV needs only 1 source out either component or HDMI. If you use HDMI - don't use component. It makes the mainboard confuses.

HDMI Compatibility

It sounds to me like you have a HDMI Control issue. It sounds like the DVD player wants to control the receiver. Try turning off hdmi control on the TV, reciever, and the dvd player in their setup menus.

Let me know if this helped,
