Question about Kyocera FS-C5030N Led Printer

Black page printing

My Fs-c5030n ecosys is printing the test sheet and then it pints over black . you and just see the test report underneigth can you advise

Please open drum unit and there you can find a unit called charge unit inside this one thine wire is coming clean that wire and check ...... if you want full details please chat with me ... my ID [email protected]

sir i have a ecosys fs-c5015n my problem is when i print the whole page print a blue color... what should i do sir to fix them... thank and mor power

I think that you have used the lens cleaner and then have not pushed it all the way back in.

Kyocera FS-c5030N printing pages yellow

Push in the charge corona assy. Its behind the left door. Each color has a cleaning rod and charge assy. I've seen this more than once.

FS-C5030N spills blue toner which always goes to the right side of page. Does not happen on every page printed, but happens frequently.

Generally it means you need a new developer unit.

there are a good few possibilities... your cheapest route is to call a local service tech... anything I tell you is going to cost you more... call him and see what he says... but I am leaning towards bad ram best case and worst case a blown main board...

Printing all pages as black

Open up the left side door and push in all of the chargers to make sure they are seated.

What memory dimms have been fitted.
Print status page see top right. May need more memory and a hard drive.

Check cable is secure from pc to printer

Check printer can print a status page via printer keypad and is online/ready

If these are ok then it is a print driver issue

Turn off printer, Unplug usb, delete and reinstall print driver
