When I turn the tv on, the 5 amp fuse (F800) on board (6871vpma88j) blows. Would a replacement this board fix the problem? The soldering job on the underside of the board doesn't look like very solid, but it's cheap enough I might just give it a shot a get a replacement board.

What I would like to know is if this board is causing the the fuse to blow or if another board is causing this board to blow it's fuse? There would be no use in replacing this board if it's not the problem. It just doesn't seem like there are enough or even the right components on this board to cause it to blow the fuse. But then again I don't know what this boards purpose is. I'll look into that, but if anyone has dealt with this issue before please let me know.
So I hooked the tv up, but disconnected the 3-wire connector on the small power board going to the large power board and the fuse didn't blow until I connected that connector. I assume the problem lies on the large power board.
