I believe that you can i have a PS3 myself and i plugged in my USB keyboard into it and it worked i haven't tried the mouse yet, but it just might work!
ok mate go to settings press x and then go to bluetooth device ok then scroll down and press x on the icon labelled register headset ok next turn on your bluetooth device then when ya do sumtin will pop up on the screen and press x on start scanning and once the scan is complete the ps3 will recognize all bluetooth devices within the range hope it helps
