Bought a new phone and i have tried charging it several times for a few days and it remains at "charging" and never gets to "fully charged". It is charging the battery but it never reaches Fully Charged. I have swapped the battery with my other razr and it is still having the same problem. Any idea's on how to fix it?
Have to phone sent in for warranty and request a "loaner phone"... sounds like the power drain is too high on the device and it needs service or replacement... another sign would be the unit heating up hotter than normal - is that happeneing?
