The your mobo doesnt support the cpu.Try put the old cpu and if is good then the new one doesnt support for the mobo.

One of two things are likely your problem:

1) The battery is so dead that it's preventing any power from reaching the rest of the PC. Try pulling the battery out, plugging the laptop in, and turning it on.

If that doesn't work,

2) The motherboard power converter is burned out. If this is the case, unfortunately you will need a replacement motherboard or a replacement laptop.

The reason to this is because laptop casing comes in diffferent size and shape and ports and screws are installed differently too. If you find that it is expensive to repair, buy a new laptop.

The reality is, Best Buy will only swap parts. there are other vendors on the internet that will replace discrete components. Google for "laptop power jack replacement" to find options. it takes decent skills to do this kind of repair, so research well.
