No, time bake is what time you want the unit to start cooking and what time you would like it to stop cooking. Or turning the oven on and turning itr off. the timer on the unit will just count down.

I dont no how to pre heat the oven

To pre-heat an oven is to simply turn it on to the desired temperature and wait 5 to 10 minutes. If you have a timer then set the timer for the desired time you want to pre-heat then begin baking as usual.

There is no magic to pre-heating an oven and everyone that bakes has a different opinion.

Set oven kicks on then after a few seconds kicks itself off

I would say the baking heating element is bad and when replacing that I would also replace the Oven sensor "thermostat"...Before replacing anything make sure your timers are all off and not set to a start and stop time and try oven again to make sure its not just the timer was set .........

Delay or time bake

You can find the manual at www.managemyhome.com, and the instruction is on page 11.
You make sure the time is set correctly.
You press Bake, and set the temperature you want to bake.
You press Cook Time and enter the amount of time you want the oven to cook.
You press Delayed Start, and enter the clock time that you want the oven to start.
