The easiest way is to get a microSD memory card and a USB card reader. Put the memory card in the reader and plug that into the PC. Copy your ring tones onto the card, then put the card into the RAZR.


Alternately, you can get USB drivers here, then when you connect your phone to your PC (with a cheap $5 micro-USB cable) you can put your ring tones on to the phone directly.
