I dropped my lg vu in a cup of water for only a few seconds and now the screen barely works and the buttons are screwed up!!!! Please help!!!!

em , what i think there is a firmware problem ! so u will need to see an expert of have a look for the software online download it and install it on ur phone nd it should be fine ! hope i have be helpfull

the water damaged the phone updating system you are out of luck get a new phone and keep your daughter away

have you taken out the battery while it is on and HARD reset it by waiting 15 seconds then putting it back in? Did you get it wet or drop it?

wrap it real tight in a paper towel...it works.

you can take the battery and the back off the device and place in completely submerged in a bag of white rice and leave it in there for 1 to 2 days this will help absorb the moisture, this should fix it if the water did not damage the circut boards if the water damaged the circut boards then the device is fried

well i have a lg vu and all u gotta do is look on the side of ur fone...there should be sum side buttons...push the first side button and it should have the camera icon on it and there ya go

You've tried hitting the hard unlock button? It's above the camera shutter button on the right hand side of the phone.

It sounds like corrupt software or a defective phone take it to an at&t store to be re-flashed or replaced under warranty
