MP3 Insignia is Frozen

I bought my MP3 a month or two ago. I was running on the road, listening to the music with the MP3 on my armband. The music stopped playing mid-song, so i stopped and looked at it and the screen reads "Rebuilding the Library please wait...." and it is frozen on this screen. I can not do a thing with it, even trying to turn it off and it still reads this. There is no manual for this MP3, I checked for it. It is a Insignia MP3 NS-4V17. Please help me so i can get back to enjoying my music on my runs. Thanks for your time.

I have Insagnia NS-DV4Gb. Today I got some more music and videos uploaded on it. But when I got it disconnected from the PC and the player began to build its library I got it stuck with this message "Build Library .. 155" on. It is practically frozen. I tried to connect it to the PC but the message does not go away and so the PC can't see the player. Please help me out!!!!

I HAVE A INSIGNIA NS-DA1G I DELETED ALL MUSIC BUT I STILL GET A MESSAGE " no space for Db Please delete mora than 8.0mbwhen i turn it on says MTP DB mismatch format can you help me to fix it

My Archos 1 Vision. Wont play a particular music file. It has played it amazingly fine since i bought it 3 months ago. It was connected to my computer charging for a while, then i turned my system off so it was off for a while.
Wanted to listen to a few songs before bed,turned it on,selected Music,Scrolled down to the file i wanted,Went to select a song.........FROZEN! I can turn it off but the same thing happens everytime i go to select something from this file

The screen frozen

If you hold the power button for 20 seconds it will shut off. Leave it off for about 1 minute, then turn it back on & it will hopefully work.

Hi,

Try the following steps:

Resetting the device:
1. Press and hold the Power/Menu button for approximately 20 seconds.
2. Release the Power/Menu button.
3. Press the Power/Menu button again to turn on the player.

NOTE: Resetting will turn the player off while it is frozen.

If that doesn't work, then you may download and install the Sansa Firmware Updater and update to the latest firmware.

MP3 Player is frozen

It sounds like you have a corrupted file. The solution would be to either locate the file that your MP3 Player is freezing on and delete it or format your mp3 players drive.

I want to get a replacement CD for Insignia NS-DA2G

This player does not allow multiple sync parters to prevent piracy. If you are syncing it to a new computer you must re-initialize the player and erase the songs.

Frozen/wont charge/turn on

when your mp3 player freezes hold the power switch like your going to turn it off and holdit for roughly 10 seconds. that should reset the mp3 player

Ok, What we need to do is do a simple test. First hold the power button for 15-20 seconds, then hold the centre enter button for 15-20 seconds. Keep doing this and it should reset!
