How to Change NTSC/Pal ?

I accidentally hit the button Change NTSC/Pal system. And now the pictures jump , can't watch DVD. .Please help how to go back to NTSC TV system now? (The on screen display : can't use it because it jumps alot/can not read the on screen display .Thanks. (TRENT DVD-2251 /DVD PLAYER/ USA )

Change ntsc to pal
The manual seems to indicate that the TV will automatically detect what signal type is present, so PAL should be recognized. There is, however the possibility that the "Color System" setting under the system menu may not be set to "AUTO", but NTSC. This would cause a conflict when detecting PAL input and affect picture. Check the "Color System" and either select PAL or AUTO and see if that helps.

thats cause you have the format wrong ,, it has ntsc or pal,, on your remote,, look for a button labled P/N or N/P or pal or ntsc or mode.. simply put your dvd on and press this button.. to change the format..

If the button isnt there consult your user manual on how to change ntsc to pal and vice versa

Check your DVD player's color system, most multi system dvd player has to be set(PAL or NTSC) manually, NTSC for American standard. Look for this button could be a mechanical switch at the back or at the menu. Some machine need to reboot after setting. Hope this helps

You must set your player's video system to your TV's video system. Go to menu>setup>video. Under video you can select either NTSC, PAL or the likes or simply select AUTO if available.

Convert ntsc to pal for sony bravia tv
While a modern PAL TV can display NTSC sources (namely DVD players and PAL VHS players that support pseudo-NTSC), an NTSC TV can not display a PAL source, unless it's an expensive multi-standard TV. Sorry pal, bad choice.

How do you change the DVD player mode from PAL to NTSC ?
I just found the way to change the setting from PAL to NTSC.

While the unit is turned off , press the EZ View button on the remote control. Press alternatively the select between the PAL or NTSC setting on the unit display. That's it.

Make sure you dont have a disk in the tray. Hit the Pal.ntsv button 2-3 times. You will get the picture back. If not, then you also hit the p.scan button. Hit that button 2-3 times till you get the picture back.

No color when playing DVD
your player is set to the wrong format ie either ntsc if your in europe or pal if your in america, you need to go to the setup and make sure the dvd setup is for your region. pal in europe,ntsc in america..most dvd players automatically switch.but sometimes people change the settings without knowing.

Screen not working, replaced boards, now I've got white horizontal lines? I have a flat screen tv that has a screen problem. The backlight is operational, but there was nothing on the actual screen. I purchased a full rebuild kit from shop jimmy, and replaced the two main boards inside the tv. Now, I get the backlight still, and I have developed short horizontal white lines that fade in and out and move slowly across the screen. There is no physical damage to the unit. Hisense red light blinking slowly every 3s - not powering on After trying all the usual soft repairs without success i am ready to change a board. I removed the back panel. Most if the things i read online where about the power board. I took it out, i even got a bit of electric hit even with power supply disconnected, no big deal... It looks fine but not sure how it would look like if damaged... There seem to be 3 main components: power board, main board and led. There are a lot of info about the Hisense blinking codes online but i did not find anything about slow blinking. My TV is a 65h6570g. The last think i want is to take this to a tech when brand new it is worth $379 or buy the wrong parts. Any help is welcome, Thanks
