I need to delete the message on my panasonic answering machine KX-T7730

The KX-T7730 isn't an answering machine. You need to refer to the documentation for whatever answering/voicemail system you have it connected to. Alternatively, repost your question specifying the make and model of the answering/voicemail system.

I have a panasonic KX-A144ES telephone i need to know which buttons to press to read my answering machine messages?

Press Int followed by the # key.

For more instructions, go to the Panasonic site, and download the operating instructions for the model KC-TCD445E (with answering machine - this is the same as the KX-A144ES) or KC-TCD440E (no answering machine).

Re-setting time

You need to go into Setting BS. Which is in the Menu funtion and then scroll down twice. Then press the arrow right ket and it should say input code. Press star key once then type in the time, and press the right arrow key again to register it. Repeat the same process to enter the date except press the star key twice at the input code stage. Hope that makes sense!!
