Hi. I have a T632 printer. I have the same problem. Frozen on normal node (motor not running at all); When I turn it on while pressing the select/ back buttons to enter into service mode, the motor starts running. I even can print a text page, but when I get out of the service mode, the printer is frozen again. Could it be any card (for example the network card)? hard reset didn't worked either.Hi. I can provideyou with the procedures to default the printer. That may help.
1. start with the printer turned off.
2. Press and holde the GO, Select and the Right Menu Arrow buttons while turning the printer on.
3. Hold the button in until the display show "RestoringFactory Defaults" then let go.
4. The printer should come back to a Ready state.

Based on your question it sounds as it the setting was changed to print 4 copies instead of one: To confirm it;s a issue with the machine Follow this outline: Go into the menus on the machine via the control panel -> go into the finishing menu -> 3rd option down should display "Copies" go into their and change it back to 1.
However if that is set to one the problem resides on the print driver/ settings. IF this does not resolve the issue please post back to this
the printer is telling you that the tray is reporting the wrong size paper. print the network menu from tray 2 if it prints out smaller than the page it will be reporting smaller than letter. if the bottom line of the outline is missing its reporting legal size paper. if you are running lettersize paper in the tray check on the left side of the tray half way down the drawer you will see a plastic snap in plate with 3 fingers the bottom 2 should be sticking out for letter size paper. you only have to be one of the small adjust teeth off to make the third finger stick out and report the wrong size paper this is a very common issue. look at the metal fingers that stick out of the frame of the options tray to make sure they are uniform and straight. if the fingers are set right and not damaged then the logic board in the tray assembly will have to be replaced
with the power off hold down the select and return buttons while holding power up till the printer comes to performing self test wait until the config menu show in the control panel. toggle the right arrow till you get to panel menu hit select use the right arrow to change to enable hit select it should say setting saved and your problem is gone
let me guess it stops about the 64mb range in the control panel? how did i do? any way change the network card static charges mess with the nvram chips. t3xx series are lexmarks that wont boot if the network card is not recognize. this should solve your problem. surge protector are always a goog idea on electronics have a great one
Try to unplug the interface cable from the computer and power up the machine. It is likely the RIP card aka the controller card. There are two types of controllers for this printer, non-network and network. Here are links to where you can purchase them: Non-network Network
just a wild guess. it may not be capable of printing in color. check if you indeed have color cartridges installed.
