Rippling effect on Relisys T565 monitor when scrolling
I had to change my hard drive and since then there is a 'ripple' that passes vertically up the screen when ever I scroll a page. This has happened before and I corrected it by downloading a new monitor driver but now I can't find the site I used. Driver scanner programs seem to think it's up to date. The O/S is Windows XP.

I suppose you meant Delta 735? If it's producing a rippled surface, that means the boards are either feeding too fast, or are not being held tightly enough.
If the water tank is self emptying you will notice that if you look at the surface of the water in the bowl that there is slight rippling of water - it should be perfectly still like glass.
The flapper is letting water out when it does not seal properly, hence the ripple effect on water. And when the water level gets past a certain point the water valve opens and refils the tank.
Replace the flapper for three bucks and that will do the trick.
Sorry this wont help you much, but may put you out of your misery trying to repair it.
The LCD panel has failed. In particular the driver tabs that connect to the physical panel have failed and there is no way to repair them.
The only soloution is to replace the entire panel, a cost that would be close to if not more then a new TV of the same size.
I would put it on Ebay for parts (powerboard, logic board etc), and use the money towards it's replacement.
That is because you haven't reinstalled your Video Driver, and the screen refresh rate is slower than normal. A simple video driver install will cure that.
I have a Acer 17" LCD model: AL1717Ab that had horizontal white lines an inch wide that scrolled downward. The power board had two bad/bulged caps: 25v 220uf 105c Capxon. Replacing them fixed the problem. I hear that caps can fail without being bulged. I use a standard type small sewing machine screwdriver ground & tapered to clean the circut board holes by heating the empty hole with a 25 watt soldering irong and then shove & twist the awl into the hot hole, which reopens the hole. So no solder ****** is required. I hope this helps someone somehow. Sincerely Bitdog
