Click Start- search "device"- click device manager- select"+" -ACPI FIXED, Right click, select uninstall -then Restart.

Once restarted, Right click on the taskbar, near the notification icons in the bottom right of the screen. Press properties. At the bottom of the popup are 'System icons', and check the Power icon, and try one last restart.

I cant access the icon on desktop for the first time I will open my laptop. I need to restart how many times for me to view the files or features inside every icon.
Could be a stuck key on the keyboard. Try turning the laptop over (carefully!!) and run your hand across the keys. A lot of dirt and debris will fall out and might dislodge whatever was holding a key down.

You keyboard maybe lay'd out for another country. I saw this in Mexico once. ASCII are the characters. You type Alt-64 for @.

If you remove the battery and just have the power cable connected, does it start immediately?

Right click on the Task bar and select Properties. Now click on notification tab and check Power. Click Ok. The battery icon should appear now

I cant find the icon for acercrystaleye webcam in the start menu
When you said 'repair', do you mean you reinstalled your Windows over the old (broken) installation ?

If so, then you have to install all drivers for you laptop, including driver (and software maybe) for your WebCam.

Then you can find it in 'My computer' and maybe an icon on your desktop.

you have a bad tower they sent you a damaged product its new and it should be under warranty send it back make sure you take all of your personal items off
