To change tone on behold cell ,>Go to the Behold message screen (use drop down arrow) > press Message Alert Tone. >Pick desired tone and hit save. hope this helps
another way is to go through the menu to the Sound profiles. default shoild have "normal" selected for a new phone. you'll see a drop down menu that has "call" on it,on the top right. to change the alert tone to what you want , that is on your phone simply drop down to "message"
