My mp3,when switched on just keeps loading but never stops. when i connect it to the computer,it tells me to install its software drivers but i do not know the appropriate drivers to download.

As you did not mentioned the product name I can't direct you to the software or download location. However, you can try to format your mp3 player keeping in mind that you need to create a backup of all songs first. Most of the mp3 players start working properly once formatted..

Sansa c140 screen frozen

Try a "hard reset". Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to shut off. With the device off, press and hold the vol + and the center select button. Power it back on, see if that works. You can add to the question if you have more questions. Best of Luck.

Device keeps shutting off by itself and won't synch

Make sure the songs are in the right format. Napster is a real bear about disappearing songs - try another music svc.
